Nails not like snails

Have you ever seen hands and nails of jewellery promoters?
They do look fabulous!

I've never asked them to tell me their secret of beauty, but I came to that secret by myself. To be honest, our old local manicurists knew that secret for ages.

Do
Eat seafood, calcium tabs, fish snacks.
Note: pregnant ladies should ask their physician before eating calcium!

Rei
File you nails to the form of almond or egg, if you'd like to have them long, or file them shorter than your fingers' edges. It will prevent your nails from breaking, as parable shape is much more firm if being compared with square shape (look at Hoover Dam!)

Mi
Bath your fingers in warm hypertonic solution of sea salt. Put 3-5 tbs of kitchen sea salt into a small dish, pour it with 1-2 cups of boiling water, let it cool down to acceptable temperature (as for you), but do not dip your fingers in for the first 5 minutes - you can get your fingers scalded. Let your hands in the dish until water becomes too cool to be enjoyable (about 15 minutes).
You don't need to take this bath if you swim in the sea every day.

Fa
Treat your cuticles with tender cuticle remover and wash it with low-pH soap off.

Sol
If your fingers are yellowish and cuticles are red - you should like lemon therapy!
Take one tsp of fresh lemon juice and rub it into your nails and cuticles. Do it once a week.

La
Remove agnails gently with nippers. Be careful not to cut your skin. Check your nippers severs them well - you should not pull or tug the agnails.

Si
Treat your nails and cuticles with almond or olive or burdock root or hempseed oil oil with a drop of lavender essence. The said oils moisturize your hands keeping water inside your nails and skin, and become natural polymers after soaking in - it makes your nails harder and more elastic.

Do!
Massage your fingers to enhance blood cirqulation - it makes your fingers grow faster!

Sally Hansen Cuticle Remover
CND Solar Oil
O.P.I. Avoplex Nail and Cuticle Replenishing Oil
Calcium D3 Nycomed chewable tablets
O.P.I. Edge File 240

Handmade low-pH soap
